We sent my aunt Jolene (Dad’s sister) back to Nebraska this morning.  What a wondeful visit!  She arrived on Tuesday night and for some odd reason, our electricity went out (no storms in the area), so we were forced to go out to dinner!  We ended up at PF Chang’s and had Chang’s Spicy Chicken and Orange Peel Beef (yum!).  Wednesday we went out to Fredericksburg and spent the day window shopping and soaking in the sunshine.  There was lots of good conversation and special bonding between Jo & Olivia.  Thursday we stayed in Austin and dined at The Melting Pot for a special treat.  None of us had ever been and it was really fun!  The food was good, too, but how could it not be when everything was either dipped in cheese or chocolate!  Friday we went down to the outlet malls in San Marcos (http://www.tangeroutlet.com/ and http://www.primeoutlets.com/).  This morning it was already time to say goodbye.  A great time was had by all – thanks for coming, Jo!
