We recently got AT&T Uverse Internet and TV, including a DVR, which was something new for us. The DVR is pretty handy because it lets you easily schedule your favorite shows to record so you can watch them later. This can lead to some dangerous combinations since one of my favorite shows is Alton Brown’s “Good Eats”. Pair that with my late night snacking habit and we might have a problem. Jenny didn’t complain tonight when omelets (recipe) were on the menu, but at least she has an excuse since she is eating for three. We had tried omelet recipes out of cookbooks before that didn’t turn out so well. Alton was right on the money, though, and our omelets turned out perfectly. Sorry, no pictures; the forks were faster than the camera.
