For me, the answer is easy – I was brought up to believe that life is sacred from the moment of conception until natural death. It was completely acceptable to me from the beginning and I have never questioned that belief. However, not everyone comes to the pro-life position in such a way. I have a new friend who is an eloquent writer and her story is much, much more interesting. It’s quite a long post, but definitely worth the read. Here’s a teaser – she grew up an athiest and converted on a purely intellectual level (at first . . .) – it is a fascinating story. And while you’re there, enjoy the many interesting & entertaining posts she’s compiled over at Conversion Diary.
I read Conversion Diary, too. Her posts are fascinating!
Thanks so much! Just sent you an email…
